I have a fake of this belt, believe it or not. Bought it many years ago before I knew about ByTheR. Chinese eBayers sell a lot of inexpensive clothing, and unless it's an obvious copy of some famous brand like Chanel, it can be hard to tell what's "real". Now I know, a lot of them are ripping off ByTheR, too.

It's kind of silly. The fake isn't very good and actually doesn't look like this belt, aside from being a rope. It's kind of wiry and hard to tie. How did they screw up a rope?? This (real) one is way better in quality; I'm really happy I got it.

P.S. ByTheR ships super fast. Got it less than 2 weeks after the day I ordered.
