안녕하세요. The 'R' 입니다. 오랜만에 사이트에 글을 올려보네요. ^^
저는 이번 주에 종로구 평창동에 위치한 한식 다이닝 레스토랑
"두레유"에 식사를 하러 다녀왔습니다.

두레유는 미쉐린에 등록된 유현수 스타 셰프의 레스토랑인데요.
정말 음식의 맛과 질도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러워 아주 만족스럽던 곳이었습니다.

유현수 셰프는 JTBC 쿡가대표, 냉장고를 부탁해, 올리브쇼,
다큐프라임 '한국음식을 말하다' 등 다수의 방송 출연을 하시고
현재도 왕성히 활동 중인 스타 셰프님 입니다. ^^

이 날 저희는 별 코스를 먹었습니다.
하늘,달,별 코스로 나눠지는데 코스 이름도 인상적이었습니다.

참, 저희 직원이랑 같이 식사를 했는데요 ^^ 멋진 우리 직원입니다.

본격적인 음식 설명에 앞서
두레유 건물 1층에 펫 카페가 있더라고요.

아주 귀엽고 고고한 ^^ 고양이가 저희를 맞아주었네요.
이름은 먼지라고 합니다. 이름도 정말 귀엽죠.

그리고 2층 두레유(레스토랑), 마지막으로 3층은 프라이빗 다이닝으로 이루어져 있습니다.

셰프님께서 직접 요리해 주시는 모습도 담아봤습니다.

디자인을 전공하셨어서 그런지 모든
음식들이 하나같이 예술 작품이었습니다.

한국의 멋이 듬뿍 담긴 식기여서 인상 깊었네요.

술도 제가 좋아하는 발효주로 맛이 매우 담백했습니다.
제가 개인적으로 막걸리를 술 중에서 제일 좋아하는데,
이 술 정~말 예술이었습니다 ^^ 아주 맛이 좋더군요.

편안한 식사 분위기와, 제가 좋아하는 발효주의 조합으로
생각보다 많이 마시게 돼 갈 수록 얼굴이 빨개집니다. ^^;;

두레유의 메인 메뉴인 함양 육돼지 연저 육찜입니다.
간장에 재운 항정살과 튀김 나물, 그리고
구운 느타리버섯의 조합이 매우 좋았습니다.

그 다음은 초계 콩국수입니다.
두레유에서 평이 좋은 콩국수입니다.
고소함만 남아있어 먹기 아주 좋았고
겨자맛이 살~짝 느껴지는 닭고기가 일품이었습니다.

디저트는 강정,약과,감말랭이,인절미 티라미수로 준비해주셨습니다.
한 입거리로 준비되어 먹기도 좋고, 보기도 좋았습니다.

셰프님과의 사진도 남겼습니다.

1층 펫 카페 앞에서도 잠깐 휴식을 취했습니다.

제가 타고 있는 바이크는 유셰프님이 직접 타시는
바이크입니다. 멋있어서 저도 한 컷 남겨봤습니다.

바로 옆 건물 1층은 수제버거집을 이쁘게 운영하고 계셔서
저희는 간단히 수제버거랑 맥주로 2차 했습니다.
치즈버거 정말 맛있습니다 !!

맥주나 와인 마실수 있는 분위기 좋은 펍으로 꾸미고 계신더라고요.

낮에 이렇게 맛있는 레스토랑에서 식사도 하고,
기분 좋고 만족스러운 식사 자리였습니다.

제가 방문한 곳은 서울 종로구 평창동에 위치한 두레유점입니다.

도로명 주소는 서울특별시 종로구 평창문화로 84 2,3층이고요.
발렛 주차가 가능하고(발렛비 추가있음) 주차비는 무료입니다. 참고하시면
매니아분들에게 좋을 것 같아 첨부합니다.

아, 두레유는 가평점도 있습니다.
경기도 가평군 청평면 북한강로 2099 1층이고요.
북한강에 위치하여 공기도 좋고 놀러가시면서 방문하시면
너무 좋을 것 같네요. 저도 가평점 한 번 꼭 방문하고 싶어 첨부합니다. ^^
