Hi Guys

I have recently tried on my coat for the first time last week since ordering it from you.

Product

Three of the buttons have already fallen off and it shows they werent sewn on strong enough.

I wondered if you can contact your factory and get me a set of replacement buttons at 5 more and post them to me in the UK as the coat looks extremely silly without them

I have already asked my tailor to take off the remaining buttons and re- sew them all and make them stronger so no more fall off.
