If you want to get the package, you have to pay for the tax, if you don't want to pay for the tax, the package will be return to korea.

Since return shipping fee are exist, after received the pacakge, we will deduct the return shipping fee, issue the left money to you

For international shipping, mostly, From 100 package there is only one or two package will be opened by the custom stuff for checking.

Unfortunately, your package had been to opened by them

Our company was founded for 10 years in korea, we had sell thousands of package to foreiger country every year.

If the package stopped by the custom, buyer have to responsible for tax fee to get the package

We will mark all our shipments as a gift/sample and Low value for low taxes. Though Most of the packages will not be charged for customs border taxes. However, custom tax is the buyer's responsibility.

As for the shipping address,it's truly that you had select a wrong shipping country, everyday we had received many orders and on that day only you make such kind of mistakes.

Luckily, when we make the shipping bill, we had check out the mistakes and finally send the package to your country.

Hoprfully you could get paid for the tax fee to get the package soon, if not ,the package will be return to korea.
